Chamberlain: Peace In Our Time

Fringe Sell Out Show 2018

When it comes to comedy double acts none have endured as long as Laurel and Hardy. This play set during their 1950s UK tour allows the boys to reflect on their friendship and incredible career, and will also include their best-loved songs and routines. This brilliant production received four and five-star reviews when it was last at the Fringe and played to full houses. Laurel and Hardy are consistently voted the best comedy double act of all time. Timeless and ageless appeal. Another very fine mess. Don't miss it. Five performances only.

Mr Laurel & Mr Hardy

'Absolutely phenomenal, sensitively portrayed with painstaking accuracy' (, 2017). Chamberlain in the run-up to his declaration of war, includes popular songs of WWII. Don't miss it. A real treat brilliantly performed. 'Robinson in the title role is absolutely brilliant. His performance showed wonderful research, particularly when Chamberlain finally recorded his speech. He sensitively depicted a man battered and broken by his mistakes, which made for a powerful portrait' **** (, 2017).

Can I have a P please God? From Abraham to Esther and from Jonah to John, all are given a chucklesome moment in the spotlight. Hilarious, first class and very funny - with the odd moving moment thrown in for good measure. Who knew there was a Bob Holness version of the Bible? Come and enjoy the game, you won't be disappointed. Not to be missed. A revelation
