Jeff Lucas and Searchlight have worked together for over 10 years, creating events to encourage and inspire people with their trademark humour and creativity. As all of our tours are now on hold for the foreseeable future, we have decided to join the great online migration of 2020 and professionally film some brand new material for churches to use over Advent.
There will be four sketches from Searchlight and Jeff will be producing four devotional stories and a 25-minute Christmas message 'The Hope That We All Need'. These can be used for online services, small groups and your church's social media - but that's not all...
Remembrance is also going online this year and if you order 'Christmas All Wrapped Up' before October 31st, then you will have access to 'We Will Remember Them' which has over 45 minutes of material to use in your Remembrance events.
Alongside four reflections by Jeff, there will be five scenes from the life of WW1 Padre Woodbine Willie, who was one of the first chaplains to base himself in the trenches of the front line. He had a satchel of Woodbine cigarettes and a satchel of New Testaments and found that soldiers would willingly take both from him. A true unsung hero of the conflict - brought to life with Searchlight's critically acclaimed style.
